A second report from Iran, looking at the Royal Family of Iran, including an exclusive ITN interview with the Shah, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, and his Queen, Farah Diba.

Beginning with the Imperial Guard outside the Royal Palace preparing for the Shah's return from Europe, where he met with the Queen of England. The new Queen, Farah Diba is seen shoppping at Christain Diors in Paris prior to her marriage and the Royal Wedding at the Golestan Palace is viewed. The Shah and his Queen are seen at various Royal functions, including opening a new bridge, a new television station and a new factory, he also views his troops. The Shah is seen arriving at the airport at Tehran after his European trip, and shakes hands with dignitaries who are there to greet him. Brinton travels to the summer palace at Tehran, the Sa'ad Abad Palace, to meet with the Shah and his wife.

Brinton interviews Farah Diba about her work with the women of Iran, in French. Brinton interviews the Shah of Iran, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, in English, about his forthcoming autobiography, his own safety, his sporting interests, his programme of improvements in Iran, foreign relations and the upcoming elections in Iran.
